Hey all! The campaign has been over for a second, but I was away from home! I'm back and on the mend from con crud now, sorry for the late post. We got 10 out of 12 designs unlocked! Well, technically 9, but we were within spitting distance of the 10th and it is one of my favorites so I decided to unlock it anyway. With all that said and done:

Smoke test surveys have come out!


Please let me know if you encounter any errors! The full round of surveys will not go out until I've gotten enough smoke tests back. If you did not receive an email with a link to your survey you're not one of the random testers, so you don't need to do anything at this time.

If you were a True Fancier supporter: You will have the option to receive credit back for 2 designs instead of picking duplicates as part of your survey that can be used for add-ons instead! I'll refund any unspent credit if you use it on unlockable pre-order items that do not get produced.

Please note that the pre-order store creates a second order that ships separately. I suggest doing everything as add-ons when your survey arrives, and only placing a pre-order store order if you want the items to ship in separate shipments.

A little more house keeping:
  • All designs are available as stickers, not just the unlocked ones
  • There is also a cockatrice chick sticker available
  • Both the Canopy Jewel and Deathrattle designs are available as pre-order store stretch goals!
  • The plush are also pre-order stretch goals!
  • A gold lined version of the Prism Sultan design will be available if enough people want it!


Here's those stickers! Anyway, I have not yet received any funds, so I have no manufacturing points to discuss. Sorry it isn't more exciting, but thank you for your time, and again thanks so much for supporting the project!

Hey everyone! I'm super excited to be offering pins for my favorite fantasy critters, especially in a way that lets me be a little bit of a dork about my favorite animals (chickens.) Thank you SO MUCH to everyone who has already backed! Y'all even managed to fund this before I could finish typing up this first update, WOW!!! Puffy Dumplet here we come, and we're already closing in on the Walking Nightshade!


Making stuff like this is always serious work in essence, but this one is meant to be a little fun too! So let's have a good time with it. If you have any stories or fondness for them tell me about your favorite chickens or snakes! Like if you have 'em who's your favorite chook? What snake do you think is prettiest? What combination of chicken and snake would you most like to keep as a fancier? Alternatively, feel free to ask questions about the cockatrices or anything related that comes to mind and I will do my best to answer
